1) How to invite customers quickly and effectively?

  • Email to the address: news@plusworld.ru news about preparing to the participation in the Forum, about equipment / services that the company is going to present at the exhibition.
  • Invite your current and prospective customers to visit your booth at the Forum. Bankers are not charged participation fees. You just need to pass through the online registration and get your e-ticket. We can provide you with a layout of the letter of invitation to customers.
  • You can place the Forum logo on your website to inform the Forum audience about your status of Sponsor or Partner of the event, and send a PLUS-Forum newsletter to those concerned.
  • Insert the Forum logo indicating the status of participation of your company in the mail agent signatures of your employees. Ready-made logos are available at request!
  • We regularly publish news about the companies and speakers participating in our event. You can join us in Facebook, аand tweet under official hashtag #banks2016
  • Place a banner with the announcement of your participation in the land page of the PLUSworld.ru website.
  • Publish an article in The PLUS journal to announce your participation in the PLUS- Forum.
  • Invite customers to you stand arranging an audio ad at the Forum.


2) Are there any other/supplementary marketing opportunities?

5) Independent assembly of the stand (if you opt out of the services offered by the Organizer and its contractor - General Developer of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre):

  • How to obtain accreditation for the stand development?

    No later than 1 September 2016 by the third party developer of your company must obtain accreditation from the General Developer of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre, agree upon the stand assemble and settle issues related to orders of additional equipment for the stand.

  • Can we cover the stand with wall-paper on our own?

    You will receive a white stand, which you can paste over as you wish. However, by 20:00 on October 6, 2016 the original appearance of the stand should be restored, with all traces of glue to be removed from the walls.


6) The rules for delivery/removal of equipment

  • What time does assembling/ dismantling of the stands begin?

    Delivery, installation and adjustment of the equipment for the exhibition shall be strictly from 12.00 to 20.00 on October 4, 2016.
    The stand should be ready no later than 20.00 October 4, 2016
    Time of removal: October 6, 2016 from 18:00 to 20:00.
    Delivery and removal of the materials and equipment shall be through the service entrance

  • Rules for driving and parking during the stand assembly / the time of the Forum:
    • Arrival of vehicles with exhibits shall be through 3rd Luchevoy Prosek under the pointer "Delivery of exhibits”. On the days of arrival, all vehicles can pass the sign "Delivery of exhibits" free of charge against presenting a MEMORANDUM with your signature and seal. You drive up to the mounting gate of Pavilion No. 4 (see. Fig. No.1), and submit the memorandum in 3 copies, sealed and signed by the Director of your company, to the administration. The administration will affix a stamp "Delivery allowed" to the memorandum, thus allowing you to carry the equipment into the pavilion. After the exhibition, you need to get your memo stamped with "Removal allowed" at the administration and to present it to the security personnel at the exit.
    • During the period of assembling/dismantling, the vehicles enter the park against presentation of the MEMORANDUM with your signature and stamp; during the exhibition (see above) the entry to the territory of the park is carried out against presentation of the Forum participant ticket.
    • Car parking at the mounting gate after unloading is strictly prohibited!
    • At the time of exhibits delivery all the packaging / containers should be removed from the territory of the exhibition on the day of arrival in order to avoid conflicts with the fire department. Also, the storage of containers can be ordered from the Organizers and paid for beforehand.


7) How will meals be organized?

Meals will be free, 2 coffee breaks and lunch each day of the Forum.


8) Internet connection at the exhibition

Access to Wi-Fi of up to 5MB/sec is available. The password is provided on arrival at the exhibition directorate desk. If you need a wired Internet to the stand, please contact the Organizing Committee at least 14 days before the beginning of the Forum.


9) The Forum Programme:

Forum will be held in the 2 day format and include Exhibition and Conference.


October 5 (Wednesday) - Day 1 of the Forum:

  • Registration and welcome-coffee: 08.30 - 09.30
  • Exhibition: 08.30 - 19.00
  • Forum opening ceremony in the Conference Hall - 09.30
  • Conference: 08.30 - 18.00
  • Cocktail. Concert. Drawing of valuable prizes: 18.00 - 21.00
  • 2 coffee breaks and a lunch break during the day


October 6 (Thursday) - Day 2 of the Forum:

  • Registration and welcome-coffee: 08.30 - 09.30
  • Exhibition: 08.30 - 17.00
  • Conference: 09.30 - 17.00
  • 2 coffee breaks and a lunch break during the day
  • Forum closing - 17.00


10) How to get to the venue?


Address: Moscow, Exhibition and Convention centre "Sokolniki"


Public transport to Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre:

Sokolniki metro station (red line), then by foot to the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre.


By car:

  • Entry into the territory of Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre shall be through the 3rd Luchevoy prosek
    • For the PLUS-Forum participants: Entrance to the grounds is free of charge against presenting a signed and stamped MEMORANDUM. Parking is free of charge.
    • For the PLUS-Forum guests: Entry to the territory by the car - 300 rubles, by motorcycle - 150 rubles. Parking is free of charge.
  • Exit from the Sokolniki territory shall be through Maisky prosek.
