1) Registration procedure

The delegates wishing to take part in the PLUS-Forum should get registered online here

The participation is free for:

  • bankers
  • retailers
  • online stores
  • government agencies

The participation fee is 615 EUR for the staff of the following entities:

  • consulting firms
  • IT- integrators
  • providers of solutions, services, equipment manufacturers, etc.
  • non-bank credit institutions.

If you have any questions regarding the registration, you can ask them as follows:

1. Through a dialog box appearing in the lower right corner on the website page (JivoSite).
2. e-Mailing to plusforum@plusworld.ru or marketing@plusworld.ru
3. Call: +7 495 961 1065.
4. Fill in a feedback form on the landing page.

It will take some time to review your application for the registration, and the Steering Committee may contact you, if any additional questions regarding your registration arise. After that you will receive a confirmation letter with a link to the e-ticket. You should use the link to save and print the ticket and take the printed copy to the PLUS-Forum. Please do not repeat the registration procedure, just check your registration status if your ticket is lost.

The registration at the Forum will start at 08:30 on June 7 and 8.

To receive a Forum participant badge you should prodcude:

  • the printed ticket
  • you business card and
  • ID.

Don’t give your badge to other persons during the PLUS-Forum.



2) How to get to the event venue?

The PLUS-Forum venue address: Moscow, 5th Luchevoy prosek, 7 Sokolniki Exhibition & Convention Centre, Pavilion #4

By public transport:
Sokolniki metro station (red line), then by foot to the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre. The directions are below.

By car:
Entry shall be through the 3rd Luchevoy prosek.

For the PLUS-Forum participants entry into the Sokolniki Park territory is free of charge against presenting a printed ticket. The cars can be left at the parking place near Pavilion #4. For motorcycles a special parking lot is organized in the 3rd Luchevoy prosek.



3) PLUS-Forum time schedule

The 2-day PLUS-Forum features a Conference and an Exhibition.

June 7, Tuesday – Forum Day 1

  • 08.30-09.30 Registration, welcome-coffee
  • 09.30-11.10 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 11.10-11.55 – Coffee break
  • 11.55-14.05 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 14.05-14.50 – Lunch
  • 14.50-18.00 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 18.00-21.00 – Cocktail. Concert. Valuable prize raffling.

June 8, Wednesday – Forum Day 2:

  • 08.30-09.30 – Registration, welcome-coffee
  • 09.30-11.55 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 11.55-12.40 – Coffee break
  • 12.40-14.15 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 14.15-15.00 – Lunch
  • 15.00-18.00 – Conference and Exhibition hours
  • 18.00 – Forum closure


4) Conference Programme

You can receive the programme in two ways:

• If you are not registered at the PLUS-Forum yet, request the conference programme at the Steering Committee.

• If you are registered at the PLUS-Forum, type in the ID specified in you e-ticket into the field below and the programme will be sent you to the email address submitted by you during the registration.



5) Making appointments at the PLUS-Forum

In order to make an optimal plan for your day and arrange meetings at the PLUS-Forum, we offer you the following options:

  • Making appointments via PLUS-Forum mobile app

Please be advised that making appointments is a two-way procedure that needs time for confirmation.



6) Access to the PLUS-Forum materials

Speakers’ presentations allowed for distribution will be available to those delegates who completed the Forum Participant questionnaire, in the Forum mobile app. The links to available presentations, videos and photos will be sent to the delegate’s e-mail address specified in the questionnaire.

The Steering Committee will send out a letter to inform about the procedure of getting access to the Forum materials.



7) Mobile application

For your convenience and easy orientation at the event venue, we offer a mobile application. Once downloaded, it will keep you informed about the Conference programme and Exhibition plan. Please download the mobile application suitable for the operating system of your smartphone or tablet. The app is available for downloading at:

The full functionality of the application is only available for registered Forum participants. When you enter into the application, or if you want to chat with a participant, type in the order number/ID (shown in the upper left corner of the ticket or on your badge) and get access to the full functionality.
Share your impressions of the PLUS-Forum in Twitter #ecom2016 before the event, during and after it. All tweets with this hashtag will automatically appear in the “Forum-online”section of the PLUS-Forum mobile app.
The “Participants” section in the application will be completed starting from June 3 and you will be able to chat with your colleagues.
For those who filled out the Forum questionnaire in the mobile application, access to the speakers’ presentations will be opened at the end of the event.
You can plan your work at the PLUS-Forum, creating notes and a visit schedule.

Also, the mobile app will allow you to do the following:

  • to select your favorite contacts
  • to create a collective chat
  • to create a personal chat
  • to make appointments


8) Internet

Free WiFi is available on the PLUS-Forum floor space: ECOM2016/ ecom2016

You must not use your personal routers and other Internet connections, because it may affect uninterrupted operation of the WiFi facility provided by the Forum Organizers.



9) Meals

Meals are free: 2 coffee breaks and lunch every day (buffet table). Food for vegetarians and gourmets is available. The coffee break and lunch time if specified in the Forum time schedule.



10) Evening program

At the end of the first day of the event, on June 7, the PLUS-Forum organizers invite the delegates and participants to continue their communication in the informal atmosphere of the cocktail party. Concert, festive environment and valuable prizes raffling are waiting for you. The evening programme details will be announced additionally in the Forum news and letters to the PLUS-Forum delegates.



11) Visas, transfers, accommodation

As a special option for the PLUS-Forum delegates, we have prepared a special offer for room reservation in the Holiday Inn Sokolniki. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Forum venue.

Also, Reisebuero Welt, a tourist partner of the International PLUS-Forum, invites you to book rooms at special rates at the hotels located near the event venue (Sokolniki EEC), and to get visa support or order a transfer.
Book a hotel room now and get visa support.

Take into account:

  • Hotel reservations are fees-free.
  • A free tourist visa support is offered to foreign participants.
  • Transportation and excursion service can be organized.

12) Conference language

The official conference languages are Russian and English, with simultaneous translation in the Conference hall. The headphones will be provided at the Conference hall entrance on security of an ID (passport, driver license, etc.). The headphones are to be returned at the end of each day of the Conference.



13) Closing documents, business travel certificates, etc.

If you need to get your travel documents stamped and signed, or if you have any other questions regarding the documents, you can find all necessary assistance at the Steering Committee booth. The plan of the booth location will be available at the registration desk.
